I was totally dedicated to the VW brand, but when the dealership let the mechanic take my car home and brought back look like shit . I remember turning up at the dealership a noticing how dirty my car was on the outside because I purposely left it in clean , then I noticed a mark on one of the alloys . Then I seen the inside and knew someone had been mistreating my car , and it had less fuel in as well . Dashcam was deleted and disconnected. Not forgetting I had been using thus dealership for about 18 years and had purchased numerous cars from them , had my servicing done by them . This has to be one of my biggest letdowns car wise and I will never trust another dealership ever again ever . I would encourage you to have a tracker fitted . I'm too late but the car I have now has one and it did not cost me too much and it battery operated so no hard wiring . There is no customer loyalty especially with VW and the sales team say one thing with one hand and say another with the other hand

Put a mark on one of the alloy wheels and refused to fix it and I purchased another one myself. I left the car in immaculate and it came back like he had his family or mates climbing all over it .The biggest mistake was not fitting a tracker to my car and if I had have I would have went straight to his bloody house . I used that VW dealership for 18 years and they did that . I will never trust a car dealership ever again because of VW dealer

So have vw fixed the issue with deteriorating headlights yet? Is it poor design or poor manufacture? Reason I ask is my 2002 golf headlights "glass" seems near perfect still but subsequent golfs for my wife and daughter all seem to suffer from an issue of some sort of build up that makes it hard to see where one is going . I am a qualified mechanic so tend to give all cars under my care the same love, sure I let up a little during COVID but the same care was given to my 2002 golf as to all subsequent golf s we either purchased new, or inherited, or just purchased to save the heavy cost of a failed turbo. Sure, I have a large box of bits that broke of my brand new gold alongside bits that the franchise holder had no idea how to fix, but a joke is a joke That tailgate wiring for instance, I never even got round to addressing on how that design should be manufactured in order to make move correctly. Random twisting of wires and hiding them in headline and boot cards is a little like throwing all the engine to bits into a crankcase and assuming a few will align correctly. 😊 Vw are free to get my free advice on anything that they think is useful. Yes, free advice. I made enough over the years in R&D electronics and precious working on rolls Royce and Bentley to be able to sit back a little . If Vw can't be bothered to enhance the experience for the customer,sure, I will with Ford even. Not a great lover of some Ford models, but I am aware of when Ford took on Ferrari many years ago, and quite frankly, even bmw got cut a break from their previous reputation right😅

The speed sign recognition system has a malfunction. I own a 2022 Volkswagen ED6 Cruze. Please, this malfunction affects all versions of the ED4 and ED6. Please pay attention and find a solution.
